www.svaras.store is committed to delivering your order in good quality packaging within 7 days. We dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. Please note, we may dispatch your order in multiple shipments to preserve the freshness of the products.

We currently ship our products across India. 

How are orders shipped?
We currently ship our ambient range pan-India via courier. After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier partners. Please note, we may ship your orders in multiple shipments. We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 500 after discount.

Can I edit, cancel, or return my order?
For cancellations and address revisions, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. At this time, we are unable to edit the contents of your order after it is confirmed. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of an order confirmation. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Can we partner with you for offline sales or distribution?
For distribution and supply related queries, please send your contact number, email, location, pincode, and requirements to business@zenskaa.com so we can forward your request to the sales team in your area.

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?
If you receive a damaged order, please call our customer care at 6360406249 or email us at support@svaras.store, mentioning your Order ID. Please share a clear image of the damaged products as well, otherwise we will be unable to process a resolution.
